By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1.⁠ ⁠Ticket Policy

• All tickets are non-refundable unless the promoters cancel the event.

• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the ticket amount will be refunded; however, card payment/processing charges will not be refunded.

• Tickets are non-transferable once purchased.

• In cases of power outages, event shutdowns due to council, police, natural disasters, or any circumstances entirely beyond Pakka Local’s control, no refunds will be issued.

2.⁠ ⁠Entry Regulations

• STRICTLY 18+ EVENT | A valid physical ID must be presented at the gate for entry. Tickets must also be shown upon entry.

• Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry.

• Gates open at 9:00 PM, and the event starts at 9:30 PM. Entry may be closed by 12:30 AM, after which no entry will be permitted.

3.⁠ ⁠Security and Conduct

• Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.

• The premises are monitored by event security and NZ Police. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

• Attendees are responsible for their own actions. Misconduct or property damage may result in security or police intervention.

4.⁠ ⁠Personal Belongings

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, including items left in parked cars. Promoters and venue management are not liable for any loss or damage.

5.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected may be used for marketing purposes related to future events and sponsors.

• By attending the event, you consent to Pakka Local and its representatives taking photographs and/or videos of you and your property.

• These images and videos may be used on social media and promotional materials. You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such media and release Pakka Local from any claims for compensation or damages.

6.⁠ ⁠VVIP – Meet & Greet

• VVIP ticket holders are entitled to a Meet & Greet experience with the artists and event organisers.

• The event organisers will contact you one week prior to the event to arrange the meet and greet.

• For VVIP ticket holders, the meet and greet will be held at the specific time and date communicated by the organisers. By purchasing a VVIP ticket, you acknowledge and agree to attend at the scheduled time.
