Pakka Local – Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions⸻

1. Ticket Policy

• All tickets are non-refundable, unless the promoters cancel the event.

• Tickets are non-transferable once purchased.

• In cases of power outages, council/police shutdowns, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond the control of Pakka Local, no refunds will be issued.

2. Entry Regulations

• This is a STRICTLY 18+ event. A valid physical ID must be presented at the gate along with your ticket.

• Intoxicated persons will be denied entry.

• Tickets allow single entry Only.

• Event timings:

• Gates open: 9:30 PM

• Event closes: 3:30AM

• Last entry: 12:30 AM (no entry allowed after this time)

• The venue reserves all rights to refuse entry or remove any person at its discretion.

3. Security and Conduct

• The premises will be monitored by event security and NZ Police.

• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

• Attendees are responsible for their own actions. Any misconduct or property damage may result in removal from the venue and/or police intervention.

4. Personal Belongings

• Attendees are responsible for their belongings, including items left in parked cars.

• Promoters and venue management will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

5. Privacy Policy & Media Consent

• Personal information collected may be used for marketing purposes relating to future events and sponsors.

• By attending, you consent to Pakka Local and its representatives capturing photographs and videos of you and/or your property.

• These may be used for social media, promotional, and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.

• You waive any right to inspect or approve such media and release Pakka Local from any claims related to their use.
